Congratulations on your new little girl! What adorable kids! Mara's eyes are so big and aware for just one-week-old.
I've noticed your name on Kate's blog, especially b/c you guys take pictures together :) You are taking such cute pictures already... what camera/lens do you have now??
As for my gear, I have the Canon 50D (the newest version is the 60D). I kinda lust for a full frame, professional camer though ;) I mostly use my 50 mm f/1.8 lens, although I'm thinking about getting a 35 mm in order to get a bit wider (and I've recently learned, this will look like a 50 mm on a full frame camera). Anyways, I also have a 17-40 mm f/4.0, which is useful in some situations, but I really like my 50 mm prime lens much better. I do most of my editing in Photoshop Elements, but am seriously thinking about getting Lightroom.
